All above named Unix tools are avaiable under MS-Windows 32 with the
GNU-Win32 project by Cygnus[11].
We need an additional MS-Windows compiler, MC-Visual-C++ or Borland-C++
are appropiate MS-Windows compilers.
We took the Borland compiler, because of it's accessible,
but we guess it does not make a different.
