\nto put a stop on participating in non declared wars
\nin which we currently are involved, directly or by proxy!<\/p>\n

\nif governments are hiding their war activities and goals behind weapon supplies,
\nsupport of ‘activists’ and so called humanitarian missions.<\/p>\n
\nif facts, missions and objectives are obscured.<\/p>\n
\nthey shall have the power to enforce an independent investigation to find the truth.<\/p>\n
\ninstigated undeclared proxy wars are a catalysts for the lies and suffer.<\/p>\n
\nbecause such analysis is impossible due to their obscured nature!<\/p>\nPrologue<\/h4>\n
\ni.e. the illegal war activities of the former and current US presidents, Bush and Obama[1]<\/a>.
\nHowever, since the US of A is the most visible driving power of (current) military events
\nand tight partner of Germany, the EU and NATO, it is not possible to leave her out of the equation.<\/p>\n
\nas a precondition to get involved in a war.
\nA declaration of war by the US can only be issued by congress if the US is attacked
\nor seriously threatened[2]<\/a>. WW2 was the last declaration of war by the US[2]<\/a>.
\nFor example it required Perl Harbor to be attacked by Japan (severely) to justify
\na war declaration against them besides Germany and Italy[4]<\/a>.<\/p>\n
\neven mainstream intelligence agencies[5]<\/a> favor such legal practice.<\/p>\n
\nobjectives, justification and feedback would be possible,
\nhence democratic rights could be exercised.
\nSuch constitutional process would disable the US and it’s allies
\nto partake in covert proxy war activities[7]<\/a>[8]<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\nLibya’s weapons were moved to Syria to support the FSF from diplomat Steven’s ‘post’.
\nThe theory here is that the US is involved in a proxy war,
\nhence a ‘public’ military defense of Mr Steven’s post against the ‘Libya rebels’
\nand a later investigation could not be made public.<\/p>\nGermany, Europe, US and NATO<\/h4>\n
\nfor the first time after WW2 without a declaration of war
\nbut a NATO decision based on UN Resolution 1199[14]<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\nIt is claimed that instead of altruism and humanitarian help,

\nhas happened before the KLA has provoked the Serbs with attacks just to receive
\nthe Serbian response which in turn will pull ‘the west’ into the conflict[16]<\/a>[17]<\/a>[18]<\/a>.
\nThe latter may lead to the desired independent state, which it became[17]<\/a>.<\/p>\n
\nand hence the thesis claims that the Yugoslavia NATO bombing was justified by just another instigated war by proxy.<\/p>\n
\nit allows me as a citizen to raise many concerns when being pulled into a conflict
\nbased on so called ‘humanitarian aid’.<\/p>\n
\nsince this is the purpose of using weapons on site. Forgive me for stating the obvious.<\/p>\n
\nand that governments won’t dare to disclose their intentions.
\nBoth would be required in a democratic and constitutional declaration of war.<\/p>\n
\nher military role to be strictly defensive only.
\nHowever, in 1994 this was reinterpreted to allow defending Germany even at the ‘Hindu Kush’[20]<\/a>.<\/p>\n
\nwhich changed since the cold war era from defending ourselves from communism
\nto secure essential resources[21]<\/a> in the world[22]<\/a>.<\/p>\n
\nshe would not be able to comply w\/ her role in Europe and NATO anymore.<\/p>\n
\nit seems that Germany is quite active since then[23]<\/a>.<\/p>\n
\nfor her weapons[24]<\/a>.<\/p>\n
\nbut also installing same submarines with nuclear missile launching capabilities[26]<\/a>.
\nThis is not simply ‘your usual’ weapons sales operation,
\nbut making Germany an accessory[27]<\/a> of Israel’s foreign policy[28]<\/a>
\nwhile violating the ‘Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons Treaty’[28]<\/a>.<\/p>\n
\nresponse a devastating nuclear 1st strike, or being able to execute one.
\nHence the reference to the ‘Samson Option’[30]<\/a> in articles[27]<\/a>[28]<\/a>.<\/p>\nToday<\/h4>\n
\nsent anti missile weapons incl. troops to aide Turkey under the terms of NATO[33]<\/a>[34]<\/a>.<\/p>\n
\nsince nobody could really claim that Turkey is under a serious threat from Syria.
\nTurkey’s motives in regards to the Syrian conflicts might be quite complicated
\nand not so straight forward[35]<\/a>.<\/p>\n
\nSyrian ‘opposition fighters’ (FSF) with military training[36]<\/a>.<\/p>\n
\ngoing on in Syria, nor whether we shall get involved.<\/p>\n
\nfor having a second thought.<\/p>\n
\nfor a well reasoned and justified decision,
\ntaking all our surveillance technology and
\nmilitary recon capabilities into account.<\/p>\n
\nby circumventing the people, our democratic process.
\nWe need a ‘declaration of war’ before getting involved.
