Above bookmark list from 2020-04-11<\/a> is quite excessive, find below a few select references covering severity (IFR) and the lack of effectiveness & harm of current measures. John P.A. Ioannidis<\/a> studies are the most outstanding IMHO. Germany is currently tightening the CV19 regulations in regards to lockdowns and even for children in schools, which all have to apply distance, wear respiratory masks and shall get tested 1-2 a week starting 2021-04-12.<\/p>\n

For the latter, I have to send my special thanks to Hans-Christian Prestien<\/a> providing valuable information for parents to at least encourage the German family court<\/a> to observe and act upon the very questionable measures.
\nI have modified Prestien’s templates<\/a> from 3\/31\/21 a little bit, mostly in regards to the referenced studies.     Overall average IFR may be ~0.3%-\u00ad0.4% in Europe and the Americas (~0.2% among community-dwelling non-\u00adinstitutionalized people) and ~0.05% in Africa and Asia (excluding Wuhan). Within Europe, IFR estimates were probably substantially higher in the first wave in countries like Spain, UK and Belgium and lower in countries such as Cyprus or Faroe Islands (~0.15%, even case fatality rate is very low), Finland (~0.15%) and Iceland (~0.3%).

    \nInfection fatality rate may change over time locally and globally. If new vaccines and treatments pragmatically prevent deaths among the most vulnerable, theoretically global IFR may decrease even below 0.1%. However, there are still uncertainties both about the real-world effectiveness of new options, as well as the pandemic course and post-\u00adpandemic SARS-\u00adCoV-\u00ad2 out-breaks or seasonal re-\u00adoccurrence. IFR will depend on settings and populations involved. For example, even \u2018common cold\u2019 coronaviruses have IFR~10% in nursing home outbreaks.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

      Up until 2020 our little family was able to deal with life in our little world<\/em> quite well. We were not excited about the increasing imperial notion of Germany and the EU, seemingly incapable of practicing a peaceful non-interference policy.
      \nHowever, at least they left us almost un-harmed as long as we paid our tax.<\/p>\n

      This has changed, sadly.<\/p>\n

      Last but not least, I like to touch concerning foreign-policy<\/em> activities as of late besides the disastrous CV19 measures, empowering our governments. Underreported tensions between the west (US, NATO, EU, ‘Ukraine’<\/em>) and the other block (Russia, China, Syria, Iran) increases. Perpetual war, an ongoing humanitarian crisis.<\/p>\n
